Coaching Framework
The Polocrosse Australia has developed in conjunction with the Australian Sports Commission a National Coaching Accreditation Scheme designed to encourage and guide coaching activity in Polocrosse.
The Scheme is designed to assist the Australian and State Associations in the proper organisation and presentation of accredited courses for coaching.
Western Australia was the first state to conduct the Level 1 Coaching Course in an online format via Zoom. With the assistance of many fantastic coaches and The Australian Director of Coaching this course saw 7 new coaches become accredited. This program relies on the initiative of your State Director of Coaching and luckily WA has one of the best in Mandy Marriott.
